Core Values
It’s always helpful to quickly and clearly learn of the core values of people in which you consider trusting and working with in collaboration or seek to serve you. I hope to provide some insight into myself on this page. Core values are important to all of us and I’m no different. I pay attention to what I see are other people’s core values and I know people do the same with me.
My commitment is to provide you with respect, listening to and hearing you, kindness, ethics, compassion and the courage to tackle the most challenging “mountains” of reputation in your life.
Memo of Understanding
Ethics in practice matter.
Most professionals are naturally ethical while others, regrettably engage in situational ethics, as in they are ethical when it’s convenient for them.
They don’t hold themselves to high standards, don’t want to and don’t exhibit control over base-instinct impulses.
If you’ve worked with rationalizing, unethical people and organizations with such poor attitudes and misconduct before, you know how challenging it is to endure and accept this type of thinking and behavior, and learning to come to acceptance that is just how they will conduct themselves, and with no remorse.
This is who they are in-and-out of their profession.
That’s not going to be me with you.
Those are also not the type of people with whom I work with, represent and help.
I am here to build trust with you, maintain it and grow it as I assist and serve you.
