Sales Executives (3 to 5 hires) — Remote Work

Seeking experienced, ambitious, humble-but-confident, resilient, can-do sales executives to present a small selection of services, primarily B2B but some B2C.

Reputation Quality is a focused practice that provides annual advisory services, (situation) consulting, higher-level professional opinion and communications services (news, features, conflict management writing, etc. to crisis communications and crisis management).

Secondary services are public speaking and summit/panel experiences.

The sales executive will prioritize inspiring prospects about the advisory services and communications services, building trust, reputation and relationship over time so that when more intense or emergency services may be needed, we are top of mind, trusted and considered a top choice. Your income will show it too.

The position pays 25 percent of gross sales. Bonuses for weeks that exceed RQ’s expectations. Larger commissions (30 percent of gross sales) on sales or sales weeks that far exceed RQ’s expectations.

The position is cold prospecting, with brainstorming and guidance assistance from me. I am also available to bring on to a sales call (phone or video). I will travel if necessary, initially at a prospect’s expense but eventually at RQ’s expense.

Do you have an strong background in communications, public relations, reputation and conflict management? Would you like to join and build a practice together where you could make $100 - 300 K in a collaborative manner?

Seeking 5 to 10-years verifiable experience.

The position would include joint prospecting, sales, services and high-level customer/client service. While I am based in Wichita, Kansas you can work remotely. I would want us to work both independently and collaboratively. If that works for you, excellent.

Our sales, not a salary, would determine our income.
